aparantly i cant get any help at all with my costs. tjhye take take take whe i worked, charge me for uni and now when i need help (i cant walk properly cause of a growth issue) and cant get work i get told to !!!! off., dont have any hekp getting work, no contact at all with the job centre nothing what am i supoised to do.
iots affecting my health
I suspect the bad spelling is because you were pretty upset when you wrote this, im afraid that DLA is the only route open to you, there are many people out there in this situation, they dont show up on unemployed figures because they are classed as too ill to work and dont show up on IB/ESA/IS figures either because you dont qualify. Its a bit of a scandal when you think about it at least in my opinion.
The first thing you should do is get help doing the DLA form CAB, DIAL, or welfare rights are good places to seek this help as others have mentioned.
Next look at how you spend money these forums are a wealth of information, me and my partner live on just over £12k per year and we still manage to save money and have gosh even managed a few cheap holidays abroad because we have some savings and can get by on so little. I would say we can pay all our bills and eat on 10k per year so its possible in my opinion to make some changes that can free up some of your partners income by being frugal.
As for the jobcentre have you spoken to the DEA or Disability Employment advisor? they helped me get some volunteer work for awhile which allowed me to test myself and the limits of my illness, i enjoyed this it made me feel a lot better about myself, although i unfortunatley relapsed into further ill health it was a useful experience for me. They can also help you with things like further education, being self employed and help you find work that is suitable for your disability. Do not accept the jobcentre sending you away this is not acceptable they should help anyone who wants to find work disabled or not. So ring your local jobcentre and speak to the DEA they can and should help you.
Finally do not give up ever, by all means be annoyed at the system and upset because your in this situation but never give in, pick yourself up, plan a new course of action to allow you and your partner to move on with your lives. When using the housing forum please use the sticky threads for valuable information.0 -

it might be worth knowing that once DLA has been granted (and I would get help filling in the forms if I were you) it opens the door to other benefits and reductions.0

Wages, child benefit and tax credits included me, DH and DS survive on very very slightly (a few hundred) more than the £17K you have for two.
Check out the OS board for being a bit more frugal/thrifty and check out the DFW board if you have debts.
Also good luck with trying for the benefits which the other posters mentioned.

You can still claim NI credits at the jobbcentre, this entitles you to the same as everyone else that claims JSA, unfortunately at the beginning fo a period of unemployment this is not much (especially in current climate), its important you keep your NI record up to date for both pension purposes and it may entitle you to a later claim to JSA."You've been reading SOS when it's just your clock reading 5:05 "0

The reason they won't help you much if you don't claim from them is that they don't get funded to help jobseekers not registered as unemployed."You've been reading SOS when it's just your clock reading 5:05 "0
