i'm insinuating that vanquis simply do not ring mobiles, usually. You're the only person on this site in all the threads i've read that say they rung your mobile! Ring customer services 2mw when they open and ask them if they will ring you back on your mobile and see what they say!
They don't have access to ring mobiles, apparently! But this could be a security feature or something, tmaybe they do a 192 search or something? who knows....2010 - year of the troll

I sent cheque in to clear balance and it took 9 days to clear and when i asked them to call me to confirm when it cleared (after like 4 days), they wouldnt ring mobile even though I was at work. they offered to ring my work number, i said no thanks!2010 - year of the troll

I have no reason to lie, this is a site designed to help other people and advise them of how you have been dealt with....... Buy me saying they called my mobile it give me no benifit!!

If you don't like it then don't react but trust me, Vanquis will not ring your mobile with your welcome call. Name calling will not win you many friends, discussions are an integral part of any thread and as such you ought to realise that people will challenge you and not to take it personally.

I wasn't aware that you were some Vanquis expert, worked for Vanquis, managed one of there calls centres or have had numerous calls from them.
The fact is that on this one mate you are wrong and I am right.
If they did not call my mobile I would not have said they did.
I am never at home between office hours therefore I am uncontactable on the landline, only my partner uses it so that is that.
