Check my other posts today through my name, it will give you hope! There is light at the end of the tunnel and it aint Sky thats shining bright. Just got out of my contract with hd, broadband and sky talk 8 months early by keeping strong and not putting up with their crap. They will wear you down, they will p you off, they will make you go aggggggggghhhh, i ve been there and the reason being they are such a big company, they dont really care. Put your money somewhere wisely. The current climate is terrible, you owe it to yourself to do the best for you , not give some faceless uncaring corporation money that they dont deserve. They will care when you and other folks get so pd off they go elsewhere and tell others too. Best of Luck.0

Well, to give a progress update, I called Sayno on 020 7979 9540. At first i had a false start and got put through to cancellations, (surprise surprise) but i got put back to a lady who asked me to e mail my original complaint letter (the one i posted earlier on here) to her home e mail. She e mailed me back to tell me someone will get on it. On top of that i also sent today 2 recorded delivery letters to their offices in West Lothian (Scotland) addressed to Mark Anderson (im sure he doesnt exist and is only a 'cover name' )
My main concern is that my line is still with BT and it shouldnt be.
I have come too far to go back and have left Tiscali now. I couldnt go back even if i wanted to ! Also, the sky broadband is faster than my other provider. Thats the stupid irony. But i will not be letting these people rip me off. If you notice from the invoice they sent me (above) they have also added on £16.00 on my bill. That has yet to be explained.
Im off to bed i need the rest. Why do these companies get away with causing this kind of stress. If anyone can help with tv consumer people to contact i think i will go the distance on this one..... It all hangs on what happens now....

aaaaaaaaaaagggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhh. I am finding no one is helping me at all ! I have sent my 3 page letter several times through the website. I have called Say No and people keep telling me I will hear from someone but i havent.
My line rental is STILL with BT (when it shouldnt be now) So this means i will get a huge bill from BT for the hours of wasted calls to Sky before i finally got my sky talk and broadband.
NO ONE IS HELPING ME! I want to take this to a TV consumer programme.

Well, after a couple of months and stress, I finally have the sky services i ordered, ALSO, they credited my account with the phone bill amount.i had wasted talking to SKY so i guess all's well ! But customer services are crap !!!! But at least i know how to handle them now...
