Can i just ask, does that mean that now I am with Sky for all services that all calls to the 08442 number are free?

This doesnt ease my problem of the nightmare i had on Feb 3rd but it helps !

justinking have you not looked on https://www.saynoto0870.com? just search for sky and it will bring up loads of landline and free numbers you can ring to get through to them. this will help with your phone bill costs.

Most of them dont work.;)

0844 customer service calls to Sky Contact Centres are inclusive if you have Sky Talk.

Yes because you cant have Sky Talk /Broadband unless you have Sky TV.:D

The confusion may in part stem from the fact that you (iirc) won't be able to give Sky a MAC code for the 16mb deal. This will involve them unplugging you from the BT network, and into the Sky LLU network. Ergo MAC codes are irrelevant.

Thats the beauty of losing ALL Sky services. The services are all tied up together ( no coincidence-they have you right where they want you for a minimum period ) so after that period If you leave or are thinking of leaving you are in a better position to haggle with them if you can be bothered. Eventually their incompetence will wear you down and you will leave.

I used this number last night 020 7979 9540 obtained from sayno and it was answered after 1 ring. She was beyond helpful !

I HATE SKY !

Ok, firstly this is the letter i sent Sky last week, and their reply (beyond incompetent) that i got today.

Thanks for the replies since my last posting. All of my services are with sky btw ! At least for the moment. The letter will explain everything. Mine, that is, not their reply.

And guess what.......... I cant send my complaint through the sky website because it exceeds 'too many characters'

Already they have added on an extra £16.00 My sky talk, and broadband should be FREE for the first 3 months.My sky digital TV is (as it says) £31.00

I also gave them my mac code ages ago. So tiscali have gone now - thank god !!! Now all i want is my line rental free - originally discussed when i started out on this nightmare.

Im so angry right now,........... and im not letting this go !

Hello Justinking. I suggest you have a sky online account. Once you signed up to Sky online account you can then check what Sky have added or credited to your account. You should be able to check all outstanding and
any paied credit to your account . Also you can keep track of your envoices Sky issue you.
And your current order you placed with Sky. You can then easily dig at sky. Have a look.

I have a sky online account, my issue is that the 3 page letter which i am sending again to sky by recorded delivery will nt go through the sky messaging system because it has 'too many characters'

this is driving me crazy !!!!!!!
