    Evening,

I think this is down to some Orange tech head messing with the server software.
GSM codes are 'supposed' to be universal, but I've just tried a few inc *#104#[send] which should send you back your mailbox number but just gives 'requesting' which what it's meant to do. But then gives 'request not completed' which it shouldn't !
So I'm at a loss, sorry. Orange tech support should be able to tell you what's going on (if you can get through to them!).

EDIT: I thought it might be due to the phone being on 3g (UMTS) rather than GSM, but I've forced my phone on to GSM and it still doesn't work !!

    Ok, got it

    **61*+447973100123*20# [SEND]
20 is the max value you can have. Enter that as a phone number to call (to get the + press * twice) and that will give you the max time you can have (on Orange)..

if you need to call Orange Tech support on 439 its 50p a minute from your Orange mobile, call 07973 100 439 at mobile rate from another network/landline

yes the Liberate range of Fisher Price phones are FOX, OWL...etc - extreme poor value ! Maybe Jon1 will elaborate, Nelly the Elephant is the best feature he has ;) ( Nelly is the staff, the circus is Orange )

Orange removed ( more likely the 3rd party technical contractor ) most of the international GSM codes, probably so you have to call them @ 50p a minute to up their staff levels & Orange pay them from 50p a min proceeds, isn't it good to be a 3rd party contractor....

Of my experience of WDS Global whom do higher level support, they are hopeless on Unique ( having many times denied they provide the tech support for Unique until the Exec Office told them time & time, again & again ), Blackberry & Orangeworld in general - I have waited over a year for resolution on Orangeworld, refer, refer, & refer again & again to WDS, even from the Exec Office.....Wouldbe Dummy Services
