Hello all!
Not been online for a weekor so now as my PC has knackered. Been lucky enough to borrow a laptop from OH's stepdad so am online again, albeit temporarily until a) we have to give the laptop back, and b) we get the PC fixed or replaced.
Baby is two weeks old now. He's a little gem, absolutely gorgeous and no trouble at all to look after. The night waking hasn't affected me as much as I'd anticipated, yes am tired but am managing on the whole. I've been feeling okay I think - had a few moments where I've thought, maybe I might be succumbing to postnatal depression but so far I've put them down to the quite normal baby blues, stress of looking after three kids and less sleep. I'm kinda keeping a watchful eye on myself though, it is a huge adjustment to mine and OH's relationship (even though I obviously have my two DDS already) buthe is really good. There's been a handful of moments where I've been utterly p*ssed off with him but nothing out of the ordinary there!
He's off out wetting the baby's head tonight:rolleyes:

Hi Katie, really glad you had such a nice time seeing Keith Chegwin, and at the seaside. I love white magnums!
Hi Jo, really glad things are going well. Has baby got a name yet? He is two weeks old you know, time to name the poor babe! I vote for James! You are right to keep an eye on your mood, if you are prone to depression you need to be careful. I'm sure you will be fine tho, try to sleep when the baby sleeps and don't be afraid to ask friends/family for help if you need it. That's what they are there for. Lots of love to you and the family"Snowflakes are one of nature's most fragile things, but just look what they can do when they stick together."

I'm doing quite well at the mo. My support worker took me for a walk yesterday, which I really enjoyed. We went to a path which is along a disused railway, and it's within walkng distance from my flat. I really want to try to go for a walk on my own before she comes again, even if it's to the end of my road. My tummy lurches at th thought of it, but I know I can do it!
DH took me out today, so I've been out in the sun quite a bit this week. It really helps me to feel better! I need to keep trying to go out.
I've got a really heavy week next week, which I'm not looking forward to. Got two training courses to go on, the doctors, the boiler men are coming (again. They can't seem to mend it!) and I'm taking a friend out as she has bad depression too and we try to do fun things together to make ourselves feel better. It's going to be ok, but it's a lot for me to fit into four days! At least I can rest on Friday, but then it's a busy weekend. Stress!! Nevermind, I'll try to take it one step at a time and try not to worry too much. I hate weeks like that tho, I cope much better if I do something every other day not every day."Snowflakes are one of nature's most fragile things, but just look what they can do when they stick together."

Hi guys!
To all my Tifflings...
Right - prezzies please! No goggies though!!!
Thinking of my amazing Mum who only passed away in January and I'm missing her terribly, especially today - my first Mothering Sunday without her.
Today I'm remembering her beautiful smile, her very real courage and her selfless love and I'm celebrating all that she meant to me.:A Love you, Mum.
Much Love,
