Mine also come. Can someone confirm that you go to any attraction and then they will put a photo on there for you?
Yes. When we went to Warwick Castle they let us in straight away, but asked us to come back to the kiosk later to be photographed - think they were short staffed at the time.
Thanks to all who post constructively.

Sent my vouchers off a couple of weeks ago (I believe) and got a letter asking me to call as there was a problem with my order.

Phoned this morning and was told that they wouldn't honour my order as the prices had gone up. I queried this and asked if in fact the prices had only gone up on 1st March, but was told the higher price was from 9th Feb. My vouchers are being returned :(

Ah well - you win some, you lose some!

No, not at all attractions - the letter that comes with the deals vouchers tells you which attractions do the passes.

you can apply for your merlin pass at all attractions, but some dont have the technology to do the photocard on the spot, so they give you a form to send off with a passport photo, and your photocard is then sent to you via post

However, its easiest if you do go to one of the main attractions where they can do the photocard, as that means you can start using it for discounts straight away. rather than having to faff around sending info back and forth
