To get £31.50 in clubcard vouchers you need to have spent £3150!!! Haha I cant even spend that much in a year. I guess if you took advantage of all their promotions it may be possible.

Not even close! if you pick the right deals you gets points for pennies (or free)

In 18 Months we have had 2 brand new cars and a family holiday to Kenya on points, and it still works out they have paid us over £10k to take it all away!

Obviously I don't know your personal circumstances, but doing our shopping there for a family of three, filling the car at their filling station, looking out for bonus points offers wherever relevant, two mobiles with Tesco mobile, plus Tesco pet insurance, it is scary how much we did actually spend with Tesco in the course of a year (until they peed us off so much that I started shopping at Wm Morrison instead!) :rotfl:

I thought we were doing well affording 4 Tussaud (Merlin) Annual Passes for the family (not getting them this year) considering we spend on average only £50 a week on shopping. That is amazing! Any tips would be gratefully received ;)

You can get 1000 points through signing up to tesco dvd club. I have just joined. You do have to pay 3.88 a month and points added to you after 3rd payment. So works out £12 for £40.00 in deals. there is a special link for it somewhere.
  • I had over £100 worth of vouchers (£400 of deals) in the November 2008 pay out! You just have to be clever with your points and work the system. Have a trip over to www.paidtoshop.co.uk for some great tips on how to maximise your points.

Big price increase. They were £27.50 each last year.

Did the price last year include the new sites (Sea-Life etc.)?

It's still an awesome deal IMO...

I still have the last deals brochure - was definitely £31.25, we have exactly enough four 4 passes at that price now so they are off in the post today, fingers crossed they will be honoured. I have already booked my two nights in the Travelodge sale (£9 per room) for Alton towers during May half term so kiddies would be very cross if we couldn't go!

Was going to beg and borrow vouchers from friends and family if not - have been told this will work online but not if you post them.
