It seems to vary quite widely, we ordered the Pizza Express vouchers 3 times and they always turned up within 3 days, same really with any vouchers we have ordered from them, whereas other offers do sometimes take longer.Thanks to all who post constructively.

When I have ordered online I have always had the deal vouchers back within a couple of days, I get the feeling that they may have a bit of a rush on with postal applications over the last couple of weeks though, I wonder why!0

I posted mine off special delivey and they arrived 27th feb.Wife got a message saying they wouldnt payout as they have gone upto £37.50 each ,she was told the deadline was the 9th Feb.I rang them but they wouldnt deal with me as it was in my wifes name.

yes, but the T&C also state that any offer can be amended or withdrawn at any time. so if they say the price has gone up, there is very little you can do about it

I ordered by post, and they have arrived! I gave them the correct amount of vouchers so unless they have taken extra from my account, which I don't think they would do without asking me, they have sent them at the old price

Just Spoke to Customer services and got nowhere.
They wouldn’t honour the brochure price because I was aware of the online price increase. I sent a note with the application stating I wanted the brochure price not the online price. He told me if I haven’t sent the note in they would of honoured it
