new computer tower but need info of old pc help?

here is what it said regarding my camera


i have bought a d860 samsung digital camera and went to install cd on to my pc,went through all the installation then it says this:


Cannot install this hardware

error

The driver installation file is missing a entry.
this may be because the INF file was written for windows 95 or later


but regarding the bluetooth,we had the bluetooth6.0 that was working fine until it got broke,then his work gave him another one but it was 5.0 so went to install new one and problems have begun.it has all been set up but when we go to use it the wizard says there was problems installing and it may not work properly,which is frustrating as other half needs it for work otherwise he has to travel to give his work in off pat tester every week.

windows can go online and look for it automatically or i can manually select it
??

oh when i manually do it ,it comes up with a list

Did you do it as in post 10, it is usbstor.inf

should look like this

so sorry this is a nightmare.

its comes up i do not have permission to accsess !!
