    She is a bit better, sounds like she smokes 60 a day though. Was going to take her to school today as she was looking better yesterday but she is ill again this morning. There were tears when i said she wasnt going to school as its her school disco tonight:o
    Her op has been postponed again as the wont anaesthetise her so soon after a chest infection. Should know later when they want to do it.

    Oh what a shame on both counts her missing the disco and her postponed op.

    I really hope she recovers and gets the strength to keep any other infections at bay. I take my hat off to you GnB. You never moan, you just get on with it all. I think you are a fantastic Mum and you make me realise that I really shouldn't whinge on about, what is really, piffling stuff compared to what you deal with daily. xx

    Embb, when I was likkle (a long time ago ;) ) our hampster was like that, hard to touch and me and my sister were in bits, but my dad sat down by the fire and kept rubbing it, obviously not too hard, and it was OK - lived for about another year I think, I know it was a long time (well for a hamster anyway) but don't want to give you false hope, that does usually mean they are dead... hugs to you and littley..

    Embb-never easy losing a pet especially when you have little children.

    Denise :wave:. i know when I was small my mum was about to bury on of our hamsters and she came back. Is she cold? (if you can touch her) as mentioned don't want to give false hope as I would imagine that she has died but worth bearing in mind.

    My sentiments exactly... Hugs to both of you GnB - I suffer from asthma, but rarely get serious attacks, I know how I suffer when I have one and how it makes me feel for days after, so can only imagine how she feels with it happening so frequently. She is a very brave girl and has a great Mum to support her.
    ~~~~~healing vibes that she gets over this bout quickly and staves off any more infection so she can have her op~~~~~:A
