 Well you could go to I**a for me if you like and DPs busy doing all those. stop writing in snow! I do also have a big job greenbee would love, sorting the shed out, in plant pots which are 8 legged friend heaven! Have put heating on, forgot and it's rather chilly in the bathroom so baths will have to wait a little while.
One day I might be more organised...........

soup eaten, a good portion left for another day, and DH is now washing up as there's a break in the cricket. Spoke to my mum and am just gonna try phoning best mate in switz. think we're off to the pub with DH's mate for a swift one later, not til about 9pm, I may not bother, depends how tired I am.

Quick question: when you make chicken stock do you put the skin in? DH was moaning that the soup was a bit fatty and I wondered if that was why. I did skim some fat off but he was going on about it being emulsified and other scientific things...

scaredy - is this what you wanted?

Take all your herbs and spices out from wherever they live, dump any out of date ones, wipe all the pots & boxes, clean their home and put them back.

Clean any silver items (photo frames, teaspoons, napkin rings) that you have in the house.

Polish the glass on all your picture frames, take them off the walls and clean off any cobwebs, and wipe the frames before replacing

Clean any clocks thoroughly (case & glass, and behind/underneath).

Clean all your plugholes - make up a mixture of bicarb, cream of tartar & salt. Pour it down the plughole followed by a jug of hot water and leave for half an hour, then rinse.

Clean all your outside drains - remove and clean any drain covers, clear any blockages and treat with bicarb mixture as above.

Wash out all tooth mugs/glasses and soap dishes

And while you're doing that you can send your DP round here to get the old gas flue out of my chimney and check the flashing as it leaks occasionally.

Right... really must go and get the bedroom sorted . Mind you, if I leave it late enough, it might count as next week instead :p

Can someone please send me the motivation to do some studying and not just curl up on the sofa and fall asleep? I need to give DD another dose of medicine in 4 hours :o I was going to study between doses but I can only just keep my eyes open. If I don't stay up I won't get up to give her the medicine. :o

*wanders off to give DD this current dose of medicine*
