ETA : why don't I have children that sleep late in the mornings??

    Morning Sarah,
I have the same problem with DD (6). The good thing is though that when they become teenagers you get your own back.;)

Morning to everyone else as well. I went MIA yesterday. Had a bath earlier than I planned and then fledged and watched a couple of DVD's and slept for the rest of the day:o Finally came too at about 7.00pmish. Watched another DVD with DH, had dinner, watched more tele and then went to bed. So not a very productive flying day:rolleyes:

I might have a few baby bits floating around pigpen. Not sure what you need or why cos I havent caught up with the thread yet:o I'm sure you'll let us all know though.

Right I must go and find my list way back in the thread somewhere. Be back in a bit.

Sarahsh - that's the sort of stuff I have - only yesterday I thought about someone I hadn't thought about for a while and about 2 minutes later up pops an email from them! Often happens with the phone as well. I used to have dreams that came true when I was younger but I've blocked them out now - they were too scarey!

Have woken up this morning all bunged up and with sticky eyes. Not sure if I have a cold coming or not. As soon as DiL's finished in the shower I'm going to have a long soak.

Good morning! My turn for a lie in but I got up as a thank you for the 12 solid hours of hard work he did yesterday. I have some lovely sausages and bacon from the butchers and eggs from m chickens so may suprise him with breakfast shortly.

There is a £28 sewing machine from Tesco and some half price Playmobil that I want to have a look at but Tescos website is down.

Lots to do here as the boys ran riot whilst I helped upstairs, and there is sawdust everywhere. Need to do some sorting ready for the skip tomorrow.

That's just the same as me!! :D I'm always thinking about someone, looking at my mobile, a second later a text drops in from them. Or, I'll think about someone I haven't seen for ages, and them bump into them... I love it.

Years ago, I had appendicitis, and was in tremendous pain. ( I wasn't living at home then ) My Mother though, was up and dressed at 4am, so when I phoned her, she jumped straight in the car to come and get me. Or the time she was walking her dog, and was overwhelmed with sadness and was sobbing while she walked. She had an intense feeling that she was going to lose me. What she didn't know was that I was in labour, and did nearly die after I'd delivered DD3. Spooky stuff. :D

We're going to watch a dvd or two today. Some nice family time. hmmmm we'll see how that goes!

    Morning all.
I've been MIA for a couple of days, had to go to w**k hehe.
The house has survived my absence tho... woohoooo. DP was under pain of death to make sure it was kept decent hehe. He even cooked spag bol for our tea last night for me getting in from work(he DOESNT cook) and it was really nice. What he doesnt realise is that he'l be doing it more ofte now.. mwahahhaahaha!

Anyhoo, Not much flying to do.... might need to tidy kids room(although DP has threaten to burn everything lying on the floor when they're done) as they are playing up there atm.
Need to s&s kitchen and bathroom and run the hoover through. Wow never had such a 'relaxed' weekend.

Off to have my cuppa, and sort a load of washing then I'll get on!

  • Morning everyone,

Didnt manage to get much done yesterday as we had visitors - the fussy child(who wolfed down half a pack of sweeties provided by her dad just before dinner - then whined her way through dinner saying she wasnt hungry and didnt like it - then got down from the table and spent the next hour whining for the rest of her sweets:confused:), i dont do whiny children, appreciated my LO a lot more than usual as she sat quietly at the table eating her way through her dinner. Was sitting watching them both thinking thank god that one's mine:p

Anyway - i have tonnes of stuff to do today, have a statistics assignment due tomorrow that i haven't started:o Couldnt get it printed out til hubby fixed the printer which he did at about 10pm yesterday and by then i CBA'd.

I would just like to say how wonderful i think you all are - the flylady machine springs into action at the mention of someone in need, it really does restore my faith in people.
Sexymouse - that was a lovely gesture giving the card to LL
Mudders - thanks for letting us know how LL is doing
And everyone who has offered assistance to Pigpens DS's GF, you are all so lovely, i just wish i had anything that would be of use to her and Jacob.
