Dyson now has its own space in a cupboard in the utility room! And all its bits live with it... Need to do a bit more clearing up in there before it gets too cold, so I can get the towels out of the WM and get them dried!0

In my HHC I:
tied back the dusty curtains.
Dewebed the area.
attacked the dining room window with sponge and warm Milton solution.
Washed the dusty frame and black rubber seals.
Sprayed mould and mildew cleaner on white silicone seals near floor.
That took HH. I am surprised that I am not motion sick from the swaying. It looks worse now than it did so I must go over it with window cleaner and paper. The work will wait for you to finish showing the LOs the rainbow, but the rainbow would not wait for you to finish the work.0 -

oh how desperate was I - I have even been to Tesco for my Movida but they only seem to stock permanents and I HATE tesco especially 'the big one' ended up in Sainsbury's with a L'oreal casting (does nobody do reddish colours?) which I have done a skin test on (on scalp and hair) :rotfl: I know it's really naughty but I want to see if it's ok because if not I can have it washed out by the time I am back at work.
(Having worked in a lab I am pretty au fait with what does/does not upset my skin)
I am .that cross (because no one sells what I want) I have invited Soappie's mate Gordon round and will be having a restorative one shortly;)
oooh time to wash it off...

Thank you Honey Bear0 -
Off to have a bath, and there must be something in the air, cos I'm about to stick a dye on my hair too Valli.
Hmmm, restorative drop of Gordon, sounds delish... although I'm a tanqueray gal meself.
But.... there's still the vexed issue of shopping and dinner..... bah!MMSSB Club Founder Member

Hello all, well after a chaotic week and lack of AOL internet until yesterday evening, ***grumps loudly*** I've got absolutely no chance of catching up with you all or on all of the tasks. I started so well too
I spent this afternoon at a tutorial, DP had a morning one and I did the afternoon of my full day one (and had to miss the other) after feeding kids/walking dog then came back to do the same, walk dog/feed kids.....I've made some progress on the 2 issues, Swift want to send someone out to assess the caravan and said they will call to arrange when/where on Friday next week (so of course no definate decision but at least I have heard from them) and EVENTUALLY I have a new laptop being sent out on Tuesday!
Dad moves this weekend, Mum is down at my Great Uncles, he had a car accident a couple of weeks ago and unfortunately his wife was killedso she's been flapping about her car wanting to make sure it's ok to go down south with Nana. I haddn't seen him since his brother's (my Grandad) funeral, not close at all, but still a very sad thing to happen.
Well the house is a bomb site, clean ish but a bomb site. I've almost managed to keep up with laundry, just the dogs bed to clean and a whites load to do. I'm a bit behind with the studying compared to where I hoped to be mainly due to flaking last night because I have started with a cold. DPs made no progress with the decorating. In fact now I think about it we're pretty much where we were last week with everything :rotfl:
Half term next week, no manic dashing about on the mornings, sorting out collecting kids, meetings (not booked any in being half term) etc ahhhhhhhhhhhhh bliss!!! It'll be slightly chaotic/hazardous with the boys off and trying to study but sure I will manage to fit some in. I'll be hopefully keeping up with the lists a bit better with actually having time at home.
Hope you are all ok, hugs for those who need one of course xOne day I might be more organised...........
