PP - I know what you mean about the theme park tickets. They have gone up that much in just a few months. And with the exchange rate (we've bought ours in dollars) it's even worse. Because we are going in a group back in October some time we had a takeaway night and organised what we were doing, and then when we came to book the tickets at Christmas they had gone up loads! We're lucky that we had enough saved (had this holiday booked for over 18 months!) so haven't had to miss any out, but I can see how people might have pick and choose.

Thanks for the heads up about that freebie Cheeky - don't know if I'll get one but I've signed up and we'll see.

Lots to do today. Need to pop into town to take my prescription request to boots and get a couple of parcels from the sorting office (think one will be the dishwasher tablets, the other is a new camera battery so we've got two). Then we're off to the church to take some 'before' pics as they start re-building work next week. Oh, and we're gonna look at holiday brochures for next year (we've decided we're gonna have another 'big holiday' next year so need to decide where etc so we've got time to save). And being takeaway night I don't have to cook - excellent.

Oh, turned into a very long post - sorry!

Morning Flick.

I'm 28 (and not taking the 'nearly 30' thing very well actually). I've just finished my masters - graduated first back in 2002 when I was 21. That was a good year - I got married that year too! But I work at a uni so if you need any advice on applying, courses etc give me a shout - happy to help where I can.
