PMS -(((hugs))) hope you're okay - that was just so far out of order. Hope you get a satisfactory response from H.O. - can't imagine they expect their managerial staff to swear, especially at half term when there're kids about (not that it should be expected AT ALL)

Seriously, would have thought their staff would be more careful - what with mystery shoppers and customer reviews on all sorts of local websites....;)

Evening guys..

I feel so tired (almost sick)...been to work and with 3 hour-sleep last night!!. I can fall asleep right now ..but I want to resist!!! It's been eventful here. Naughty winners :eek: :T :eek:
