Evening all! Late on tonight but at least I caught up on stuff you all got up to today while I was out at work! Some of those prizes are a bit :eek: & the ps3 is just amazing!

PMS - that is unbelievable that you had to suffer that! How totally humiliating for you, I think you've done the best thing though & made a complaint. I really hope that HO get back to you to apologise & then they make the manager apologise! Nasty little toad, how dare he speak to you in that tone & offensive manner! Makes me angry just thinking about it on your behalf!
