Well that was fun. A couple of hours of being quizzed on stats (not my best skill) and trying to prove everything that's going on, good and bad, with numbers! I think I did ok, my boss seems to think so anyway. :)

I know you're right about muscle stressed, and that is more important to me now than weight. I need strength, which I am gaining slowly with the running etc. My calf muscles are def more toned - when I wear heals my ankles are more defined too.

I hope those who aren't feeling well feel better soon.

I wonder if my big win will come today?!
