Nips, hope you feel better for your trip. At least you know the pressure will be off when you get there - drive carefully!

Splodz, don't forget what we said last week, muscle is much more dense than fat so don't focus too much on the weight as it's misleading, look at something like inches or improved tone and try not to be too despondent. You put me to shame with all your exercise and I don't think you have too much to worry about as in your pics you look gorgeous! PMA!!!!

Sorry for all you secret compers today, and wishing you sunshine and smiles all the half termers too.

Off to hospital in an hour for more tests and maybe some more acupuncture. If they do my arms again I am guessing I will be out of action for at least a couple of hours, so no catching up with comps for me

does anyone think it's a little rude if I were to, say, at 3 in the morning, get up and throw pints of water on screaming idiots outside my window? Yup, it happened again. I was SO close to opening the window and b*tching them out but instead suffered, rolled over and hid under a pillow. SO glad it's only 2 more weeks of this.. but seriously, who's out at 3am on a Sunday? :mad::mad: and to top that off, my "elephant neighbours" as we like to call them were up then too, literally stomping about the place!

anyone got a time machine to leap 2 weeks ahead I can borrow please? :rotfl:
