    The industry process states that both the gaining and losing operator must write to you with your switchover date (this is to help prevent slamming). If you didn't receive confirmation from them then they are not complying with the industry regulations and could be subject to a fine.

    Like others on here, I've not received a welcome pack 3-4 weeks after setting up the account, nor have I had any written confirmation that I've been switched!

    Customer services seem to ignore E-Mails, and talking on the phone to them doesn't confirm the date they require payment, etc.

    Getting to the point where I'm considering switching away!

    After the long wait for any info because they had taken down my email address incorrectly, I went to logon to my account for the first time to be told there is a problem with it and to phone them. They seem to have more than their fair share of problems.

    I don't blame you for moaning if things haven't gone smoothly but I have to put the other side of the coin.

    My change back in December - at the time, it was possible via Uswitch - to Primus Saver Option 2 CPS (from OneTel's StandardUKTalk CPS as it happens) was like a hot knife through butter.
    Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.
  • you know if you signed up to Primus via Uswitch you got a 'refund' of £15 per quarter - well who pays you that £15 and how do they know where to credit the money?
    2014 Target;

    2nd Purse Challenge:
