Like others on here, I've not received a welcome pack 3-4 weeks after setting up the account, nor have I had any written confirmation that I've been switched!
Customer services seem to ignore E-Mails, and talking on the phone to them doesn't confirm the date they require payment, etc.
Getting to the point where I'm considering switching away!0 -
After the long wait for any info because they had taken down my email address incorrectly, I went to logon to my account for the first time to be told there is a problem with it and to phone them. They seem to have more than their fair share of problems.0

I don't blame you for moaning if things haven't gone smoothly but I have to put the other side of the coin.
My change back in December - at the time, it was possible via Uswitch - to Primus Saver Option 2 CPS (from OneTel's StandardUKTalk CPS as it happens) was like a hot knife through butter.Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0 -
