I haven't heard a thing from them since signing up on the 7th February. Does it normally take so long? I've emailed CS to see what's up.0

It usually takes about 2 weeks.0

It is now over a week since I emailed them asking for information on my account and whether it had been set up or not. They haven't replied. Not impressed so far.0

The industry process states that both the gaining and losing operator must write to you with your switchover date (this is to help prevent slamming). If you didn't receive confirmation from them then they are not complying with the industry regulations and could be subject to a fine.0
