primus question

I haven't heard a thing from them since signing up on the 7th February. Does it normally take so long? I've emailed CS to see what's up.

It usually takes about 2 weeks.

I went over weeks ago (apparently) and have never received nothing, i phoned them and they had got my e-mil address with spaces in, when i confirmed my addy they said i should receive the e-mails now, and still never received anything off them, they where very matter of fact, when i asked if i had indeed gone over he said if i had letter off BT saying ide gone over then i had :rolleyes:

It is now over a week since I emailed them asking for information on my account and whether it had been set up or not. They haven't replied. Not impressed so far.

TPhone them it a free number, like i say i got nothing except my first bill :rotfl: and a letter from BT with my hand over date, have you had that?

The industry process states that both the gaining and losing operator must write to you with your switchover date (this is to help prevent slamming). If you didn't receive confirmation from them then they are not complying with the industry regulations and could be subject to a fine.
