Ginvzt, it was me that is missing betfair points. Joined on 18.01.06 and emailed my confirmation to them yesterday, hoping they will show soon. Reluctant to order anything else off the site until they do.
And as for the missing vouchers in the post, I had one Blockbuster voucher get lost that had to be resent three times I think. Really frustrating, but I agree if there was time can you not just get free proof of postings and claim money back of RM? It is very rare that something with proof of posting goes missing as we ebayers will know!

  • I would much prefer electronic vouchers. However paying out in effect £60.70 for a £50.00 cd voucher just aint gonna happen.
There are no postage costs with electronic vouchers so why do we get charged so much for them ?

How about giving people the option of recorded delivery with extra piggy points being charged or you will get proof of postage for all others. Agree electronic vouchers are much easier and paying money into a paypal account would mean money could be spent anyway. What do other cashback sites do with cheques ?

I agree. A little honesty is more appreciated than a load of flannel. Thanks, Darragh, for treating us like intelligent adults.

    Regarding missing vouchers:

    1. Introduce more electronic vouchers asap (I selfishly repeat my request for Amazon, but others are available!) E-vouchers tend not to get lost, and certainly cannot be stolen in the Royal Mail system.

    2. Basic PB service should be to send out vouchers for the PPs specified, first class, at member's own risk.

    3. Offer a recorded delivery service for all orders, on payment of a supplementary number of PPs. Please note, however, that there should be one supplement per order, and not per voucher. This would be another encouragement for members to save their points until they wish to make a more substantial order, thus reducing costs further for PB.

I remember filling in lots of Certificates of Posting at one time in my "career". It took ages, and perhaps is not really a good use of staff time. Perhaps there's a way of computerising/automating that.

    HTH.

i agree with more electronic vouchers especially amazon and i am also wondering why we pay so much on top of an elctronic voucher like cdwow when it is sent by email which costs nothing can you answer that for us darragh why does it cost £10.70 extra on a £50.00 voucher i mean what could possibly merit that much "interest" as it were
    Thanks to all who post

    Since Darragh says so...
I have missing pigsback points on Visit London and Toucan...I have e-mailed pigbsack 4 times for the latter (all of which including my "welcome" e-mail) but no luck...
    Any suggestions???
Plus today after responding (correctly) to the entertainment quiz, I earned the 20 points, which strangely enough were never credited to my account...
