Hi all,

This has been touched on before (and yes I am "ignoring" all other posts for the moment), but need your feedback on this please.

We're sending out a lot of vouchers and some of these are going missing. All I'll say is from the time they leave this office to the time they are supposed to get to the orderer, somewhere they don't seem to be getting there, for some people.

So what do we do?

I mean, if you order a voucher and don't get it, by all means send us an email and we should either refund your PiggyPoints or send you a new one. But what if you don't get that one either? Do we keep on resending?

We're sending all orders of £40 or more as registered post, but it's not really cost effective for us to do this for a £5 or £10 voucher.

Any ideas?
