    Hi there

I am new on this site so probably don't know much. But my first thoughts are with the others who say that there is nothing in writing? He doesn't have a leg to stand on? (I think) Absolutely no proof... Sounds like he needs help??
How do you know that the solicitors letter is real? Stupid question but these days you can get anything drawn up if need be from not so nice sources. So check out if the solicitor is legitimate (can't spell)?

Get advice from CAB I am sure they can help

Soory I can't help much more.
Chin up and put some really loud music on for 10 mins...Clears your mind, just for a bit anyway xx

'The meaning of your communication, is the response you get'...
  • I have just come off the phone from my 'mediation' session and....

He is not getting his solicitors costs back, he is not getting the court costs back, he is also having to pay a further £40 so in total h is now £200 worse off for trying to bully me.

I am to continue paying the £25 and that is it.... end of story!!

I know I am still paying him what he gave me but that is what I wanted all along so, the moral of the story is.....

When you are being bullied, get on MSE, grab as much advice as you can from the wonderful guys on here, stand up for yourself..... and WIN.

I really can not thank you all enough for all the advice and excouragement you have all given me. I know I would never have achieved this little victory without your guidance and support.

    THANK YOU
