Cashback with mobileshop.com

I took out a contract with 02 on the mobileshop.com site that gives me all my monthly contract payments back (4x£90). I've sent my first 2 vouchers off but not recieved any cashback yet, although I have had e-mail confirmation that they recieved the vouchers. Is anyone else on one of these deals and have you received any cashback yet?

hi , yes i had an email back in oct saying my 150 quid due in 19th jan , i have chased many times and on sat the lady said my cheque has gone out on friday ....hmmmm wait n see

So far my parents have had cashback from Mobileshop without any problems. I have taken a deal out with them but have not sent the voucher back yet.

However with their refer a friend thing, got an email about it (after I referred someone) and they put the money directly on my credit card.

If you read the e-mail it should give you a date by which they will send you your cheque, if like me you sent in your 5th bill 1 Dec 05 you should get your cheque around 1st of March, and since then I have also sent in my 7th bill as well.
The dates as a rough guide are 45 days from the expiry of the voucher/3 months from when you send in your bill if you send it in as soon as you get your relevant bill.

I have just received my 6 month cashback cheques for £150 each for two contracts I took out. I sent the vouchers in on time and received two emails one for each voucher confirming receipt and telling me when the cheques would be issued. Just before the 45 days expired I received another email telling me that the cheque would be issued at the appropriate time and then said cheques popped through the door right on time. All in all they did what they said they would.

my first cash back cheque has now arrived - I had emailed them about it (a few times) as I was anxious and they always replied promptly and seemed very helplful.

Anyway it didn't come when they said it would so I phoned them yesterday and the man I spoke to (who was very nice) said it had been sent that very day, but was a week later than it should have been as they were very busy.

Guess what it came the very next day - Today !!!!

got my £150 cheque today - not exactly 19th Jan but i agreed that they were helpful BUT at the end of the day ,its the cheque that counts right

I also have had no problems receiving cashback cheques from mobileshop.

You may have just been unlucky.

Personally, I believe mobileshop are better at honouring cashback deals than other mobile companies mentioned on MSE.

Mobileshop accept photocopies of your bill.

I've always sent in photocopies.
