We used Avid Photography. Darren is based in Cheshire but we got married in Hurst Green (near Clitheroe). I would definately recommend him :)

Can I just add another photographer to the list....
    http://www.talioredforyouphotography.com/section323632_108382.html

Although I'm not married (yet!!) I got some professional shots done for my BF's Birthday present....and they are amazing..!!
Graham was really accommodating (neither of us are photogenic, or like posing...) our photos came out really naturally and lovely....and Graham was really prompt at turning the photos around too.
I gave him a memory stick on the shoot day, and he posted it back to me within 4 days.
I think his prices are really reasonable - and I can vouch for his work, he is amazing.

He's based in Gloucestershire, but will travel anywhere!!! (and no, not related - just love his work!!)
Why does nobody say Thank You anymore??

My photogarapher is on the list.

He's doing me a valentines shoot for my DF for errr valentines.

Only charging me £440 for all day coverage and a CD-ROM with all images and prints.

When i asked about an album he said, albums are expnsive, if you want want feel free to buy one, but you will always get 1 relative who will buy you an album. And why put your photos in an slbum when you will want them hanging on a wall or turning into a canvass. We can discuss albums after the event when you have decided on what you want to do with your pictures, if anythign at all.

He does cheaper packages, ie without the prints / CD either or.

He's on facebook and puts his shoots on there at people requests so i am viewing his work daily. And i am very impressed.

it would help if i added his name - picture u carlisle.
:TIs thankful to those who have shared their :T
:T fortune with those less fortunate :T
:T than themselves - you know who you are!

  • A website of interest is !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lots of ideas. There is a service that is obviously not for everyone, but where you send your own photos of the day taken by friends and family and they are professionally edited, air-brushed, and turned into a pro album for you. Obviously the result depends on the standard of the photos provided, but as a budget option might be worth considering.
  • Sorry new on here. It was a cheap wedding site in the Mirror paper today
