    Thanks for this. It's a fab site. I've added it to my favourites as I get so annoyed hanging on the phone waiting for customer services knowing I'm paying of the call.

    Just tried to get O2 CC by dialling 100 and got referred to a 0870 number! I'm on an Online monthly tariff. Used the number given -and was informed I would be charged 10p per min., so # not coming out of inclusive mins!
