Freephone number for O2 ???
My hubby is due to upgrade his phone in a few weeks. He currently has the same contract as me , online. Does anyone know if O2 have a free phone number ? I always find that they keep you on hold for ages, and you end up with a whopping phone bil !!!!
Thanks
Laura

Thanks for that. I've been looking around for a freephone number. That's very useful. I might even pop it in my phone book for future reference.0 -

Always use this for any free numbers or geographic numbers rather than 0870

Thanks for the advice. I thought 100 was only free to high street customers and that online customers had to pay !!!
Will make a note of the 0800 number. Thanks0 -
It seems to have become more widely available. My old contract used to get a message to call your provider's number, but now 100 works.0
