Casper, sorry today hasn't gone well, have you tried any holistic therapies for your back? I have seen a few clients for back problems and they get quite a relief out of it. If you can't afford it you could always try local colleges that do treatments for cheaper prices.
Hugs and well wishes to anyone i may have forgotten and to everyone else.
Today has been a good day as we didn't get the snow that was predicted, have spoken to OH though and he may get snowed in on the Isle of Wight, fingers crossed he doesn't.
Today's things:
-Been to work for my pennies
-Took car for its MOT, which passed and they were so lovely to me!! It should have failed due to the side bulb indicator thing!! However he just put in a new bulb, OH was surprised as they only charged £1 for the bulb and were great. The mechanic who did it was great and explained everything to me and recommended i get some new tyres, but just suggested getting some new front ones first. Really helpful.
-Went to my psychic medium reading thing, which was a wate of £30, he wasn't very good and told me very little, all of which i already knew was going to happen and it was all very vague, so not overly pleased about that!
-Off out shortly to the indoor play zone which will be lots of fun for only £8
-Missed lunch and tea was a mystery shop, so thats food sorted
-Student not having tea so saves food and cooking
-heating didn't go on till 5pm
-Have tidied some of house
-Updated spreadsheets with new spends
Have a great evening everyone:j Live on £4500, £2531/£4500:T 101 in 1001 (52/101):j:beer::j

hi andan, thanx for this. I'm not really sure what holistic therapies involve, but have tried acupuncture and cupping (suggested by an osteopath-not my current one lol).
The acupuncture doesn't work in this acute phase as it just aggravates the muscle spasm and the cupping didn't really seem to do anything for me. If you have any other ideas please PM me and I'd be really grateful.
And sophiesmum, thanx so much for that website, I love it!
Thanx

Casper, if it is ok with you, pm what is the issue with your back and i will ask some people who are very knowledgeable about this kind of thing, more than me and may be able to recommend something and will get back to you about it.:j Live on £4500, £2531/£4500:T 101 in 1001 (52/101):j:beer::j
