I would consider this at best immoral, and at worst fraudulent.
It's not a bargain, it's a scam!0 -
was there an end date on this offer0

then dont go for it..
ALOT of posts on here could be deemed the same yet how many people still go for it0 -
You have nothing to complain about, thats the problem.
You missed the offer therefore you are not entitled to the product at the discounted price. I know full well why people were complaining, at the time the offer was on they were holding back on stock and not allowing people to buy the xbox.
thats not true adam both me and my mate missed out as they withdrew the offer a weeks early. anyway mate no hard feelings i know they done wrong too as i was going to get one mesen see 8).0 -

no mate its juss a loophole and its definitely nothing wrong if youcomplain to the ASA first if you have a genuine complaint then theres no lying involved so i dont think its fraud or immoral anyway im not religous or legal like you so what do i know! i'll juss play me xbox thats all i wanted to kick off with. toys r us did something illegal in their advert so no they have to sell it to everyone who wanted it - thems the ASA rules my firend. 8).0 -
thanks for that ;D0

Oooh! That's naughty. As mentioned though, it's a loophole that will certainly be exploited.
If anyone goes for it and get's it, good luck to them.
There's too many people around here with high morals who will frown upon such an idea but hey, if the chance is there, why not take it?0 -

But these same people will for example share a code that wasnt meant for them. So they are not as prim and proper as they make out, they just like to think they are0
