£50 Cashback + price match Car Insurance

Just did my house insurance renewal quote through Norwich Union Direct, managed to cajole them down to £228 for the year, although i pay monthly with an 8% service charge. New quote took monthly payment down from £26 to £20.60 - not bad for a 4 bed detached house + accidental cover and seperate cover for expensive watch!

Promptly took that quote to Barclays, they matched the quote, in fact £1 under, do not charge for monthly payment and they are giving me £50 cashback!! Not bad for an hours work....monthly payment down from£26 to £18.99 and £50 cashback!!!

Whoever first posted about the Barclays £50 offer is a star!!!

Never considered barcleys before, however they have just beaten my best quote by £40, so i am well happy.
