*stores that one up in head*

DS insisted that he wanted it buried in a garden - as we rent we would have had to leave him behind somewhere when we moved - only dad's would do for DS - the guinea pig was carefully frozen and put in a freezer bag thing and taken frozen - somehow that sounds worse doesn't it?

Maybe this thread should be - how not to parent?!!

  • Hey Fay Fay

Regarding student loans..I don't think about mine either. I don't include it in my debt total and I don't think about about it when I consider my DF date. At the moment I pay about £40 a month...but have no idea how much is left or anything! :o It's too easy as comes straight out of wages. Besides, Martin says in an article its the one of the best loan rates you can have....and who are we to argue? :rotfl:

    xx

hi love the diary, not sure my piggies would like a visit to the freezer though. Going to have to subscribe as it's good to see something so light hearted yet determined if you know what i mean.

OK - not sure I actually want to confess this but - here goes:
[disclaimer - all the dead things currently and in the past that have been in my freezer ALL died of natural causes]

Non edible things in the freezer are currently:

Two tubs of lush frozen gel stuff
    Bloodworms for the fish
Said Guinea pig's chum who died later and we have decided to bury in a nice pot here
A Puffin that someone gave us for a friend who is a naturalist artist - for her to draw - its beautiful not a mark on it - only issue is that it is dead
A jack snipe that I was given at work today to ID - its there until I can get it verified by a bird expert.

IN the past we have had:
Eagles - being invesigated incase it was killed illegally
    Lamb milk
    Cow special calf milk
Eagles poo - lots of it for a pal who was researching sea eagles on Mull
    Puffins - see one below
Corncrakes - for ex ex ex's work
Gold crest - being kept until the kids came home from dads to show them it
Mostly for research things - don't most folk have various birds of prey

Isnt it the same in most households???We keep food in there too. Just not on the same shelf.
