  • Gallygirl - NO food related issues - NONE?? Wow

Eggs and beans a big one here and anything soggy - can't bare soggy stuff - I think it why I don't like cake. ergh soggy central. I don't mind stuff that is naturally soggy (ie bread sauce) but can't bear stuff that has sogginess set upon it (e.g how the toast gets if someone puts scrambled eggs on it and it goes smushy) bleugh

Otherwise I am quite normal (runs away quickly to avoid a barrage of you're not normals) - *sighs* we all know I'm like many of us - thank you Karen for introducing me to the world of Edward Monkton:

No, none. Apart from compulsive over-eating. And egg whites being devil's snot, unless in a fried egg with crispy edges. (OK in meringues though, am not that daft ;))

Obviously that doesn't apply to the stupid drumming Beefeater soldier ones, if they can't work out how to turn round they deserve to march on the spot in a corner till they die.

A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

*pops in to share weird food story*

i used to know someone who would eat his food by colour. he would start with a colour and everything of that colour had to go before he could move onto the next one. the problem came when he ordered something like fish in batter cos the fish and the batter are different colours

well i'm at the start of a week off, so i need to get wriggling, got a couple of swimming sessions planned and need to finish covering the sofas, so far the one i'm thinking will be the hardest one has two new arm covers and the front bottom bit has been attached, next i think it's joining the front and back, and the arms to the front, think there's more tricky times ahead. I also need to sort some stuff out to take to charity/get rid off. (common theme in this life i guess is getting rid of stuff to make things less cluttered).
Just noticed that 4 squid is likely to be paid by quidco, just wish More than would move from validated to paid there's 150 squid sat there and i could really do with it this month.

Hey KC - how you feeling - yup got over the humilation of *you're carp* at work and braved out the just do an MSc bit - I'm not particulariy fazed by saying I'm rubbish - if it means cold hard cash - although i have being feeling a bit sorry for myself. (No really! - gave myself a hard slapping with a kipper over the weekend)

Onwards!:D - 2 hours in the field today - cutting willow and listening to the birdies singing - and the chainsaw whhrrring - 130/2480 plants cut, bundled and waiting to be weighed measured and cooked

    Free exercise - :)

LT enjoy the swimming - I am in awe of you doing the sofa

Enjoy the week off with OH

I'm determined to go to bodybalance this week twice (thurs/tues) so I must find a way of the cheapest method for that......
