HI there - aw ta - wrote it along time ago - won't consider writing for a career.
Just got my feedback back from my supervisor and he thinks I can't write for toffee.
Hope you are all well tonight - thinking about tea but no motivation.
My 'turkey curry surprise pie' didnt go down too well here.

Aaaaah, what a lovely article, beautifully written A++ from me
I love the suitcases and dinosaur eggs - although rhubarb leaves are umbrellas for fairies for us
I've now got something cute and non-edible in my freezer..........a beautiful leaf DD and I found frozen in a nice chunk of ice in the garden this afternoon, we thought it was so pretty we've put it in the freezer in a sandwich box
Your supervisor is a numpty! Forget about it all and enjoy being with OH instead0 -
Update for today: Hurrah for sundays - no need to feel guilty about wearing PJ's all day.
One lovely supervisor lives over the back wall from us at the bottom of the garden - hes coming at 11.30 to go through my introduction with me and give me some more feedback before I face the evil one tomorrow. He texted me to tell me he would 'come over the garden wall at 11.30' sounds more like a breakout than anything else. He's a nice man
Anyway todays debt busting will be making that saw horse - to be able to chop up the free wood in the garden.
Will pay an extra £5 into the bank today for hairy scrary loan as I didn't buy any wine yesterday so I can put in that much.
Car to garage with extra bits for it I bought online myself (end of exhaust, valve for the reversing lights and a back wiper) all these were needed for the MOT but they didnt fit them??? So changed garages and will see if they are better - they were good with the citroen and quick (and cheap) so I need dig out the manual for Darwin dude and leave a note and the bits when he gets his tyres and serviced tomorrow. (Will leave it tonight when OH gets a chance)
A pal is sending me the 'self sufficiency' handbook
Using vinegar now in the washing and its great - added some essential oils (Thanks Piq)
Somehow just need to get myself weaned off soap powder - have free sample soap nuts coming and might see if I can somehow get some laundry balls to try (pal said ot just put something on freecycle?)
Looked at 'micro-fibre' cloths - which say they make you not need any chemicals to clean (SM do you use them??) dunno if they work or not and at £5 quid each I need to be sure that they work and I don't lose them.
OH and I 'needing to talk' seriously about money etc. He had a major meltdown on Friday about the effect the PhD is having on my life - drr think its cos I had to do some work when he was here - funny chap.
Anyway when I suggested that maybe 'after 6 years' we might like to think about putting our finances together or something his face was like this  I can see his point he's got a really good job and earning lots more than us. However, his reaction was really odd?! Is this normal for blokes??
Surely he sees the new me who has no longer got her face in the sand about money??!!
I do think they are from Mars and I don't speak Martian.
Pals over later for lunch - which will be nice - they find my little ways of saving money a bit odd and a bit sweet - think they don't quite know what to make of us.
I haven't read this properly yet as we have been out lots!! But will catch up properly later, hope you are all good, various childrens behaving and life is nice and quiet and cosy.Total debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.

Oh Fay microfibre cloths are unbelievable, fantastic, magic things. You'll never go back to ordinary cloths again.
When I took out my huge loan for my kitchen, I put in a stainless steel hob, until I got the cloths it was always smeary and horrid but the double combination of the towelling like cloth and the thin drying one make it look like new (apart from the scratch, that is:rolleyes: Buy them ! worth every penny and you don't need anything apart from water!
Sorry, you made me laugh at OH's face at the thought of combining finances :rotfl:I don't suppose many people would like to combine finances with any of us on here :rotfl:Well, not until we're completely debt free and have tens of thousands of pounds in the bank :rolleyes:Total debt at October 2008: £67,213.30

Oh yes. OHs reaction was perfectly normal for blokes. Much like the things are a bit tight conversation which results in the DDs having one less riding lesson this month which is why it was perfectly acceptable for him to buy an extortionaly overpriced plastic model building to stick in its box in a dusty drawer along side its many comrades so that at the point he does build his scale model model railway it will resemble Milton Keynes. Lots of buildings and sweet FA else. Judging by the number of buidings accumulated so far I'm at a loss as to where exactly the train tracks will go. Perhaps it will be modelled on that place in the US where ER is set which has an elevated railway. Ramble over. There is simply no logic where men and money are concerned.Saving for a Spinning Wheel and other random splurges : £183.500

hi just read your article and it's very good, like others have said not sure how evil supervisor can say you can't write.
I've given OH an idea about my garden plans and he agrees they're good. Not sure if we will get them put into action this year but would be good to do so. Think he's going to insist on hiring a big drill thing though.0 -
Fay - £5 for a microfibre cloth???
We get three for £1 in the pound shop here - want me to send you some?GOD BLESS DURAN DURAN
