Money wise not much happenning - phoen bill to pay - 165 - (50quid calls from french student - but she's fine to pay them so its OK) paid a chunk of CC so will use the spare to pay the bill before we get cut off

Emialed german student about room and terms/conditions etc and to stress its an OLD COLD house in winter - ie bring jumpers. Have said £75 a week but can be flexible to a bit (ish)

Must pick fruit in garden and freeze but its chucking it down at the mo

Unsure washing machine is fixed as still seems a bit dodgy - can folks 'service' them?

Money is tight - jsut sent off one claim for about £300 quid expenses for Aberdeen trip - money is always tight after being away and trips to shops - ergh - lodger money in soon -
Have £150/160 to claim from shetland trip too

DD not started piano lessons again yet (£13 a week) but really need to remind her - she doesnt ask for much - but will see she was really tired last year too much on - so will talk about it

Need to look into going to France in Oct - didnt make it in the summer and for some reason its important for me to go before DS is 16 next year - maybe just in case they steal him, he's getting alot of pressure from the daddy monster to take time out to work on the farm - will see - am pretty nervous about it all.

Logical and normal - probably not, just a feeling. Can't shake it.

Work is OK - ruffled a few feathers here - ce la vie?

Hosing down today and am supposed to be in field - whoops - working on presentation instead.

    Waves to all

Started up my spotty pot again (it was cracked open to help brother with house - that's where the money came from - he reminded me - so that's going to cc as it was for the holiday - I borrowed it to myself from my cc as I lent it to him in real life - that answers that one.

Must sort out the pressie boxes and stashes to see EXACTLY what we need to buy for xmas - I don't normally DO xmas - but this year we are all together :)

We might even stay chez orkney - big hooose - no travel expenses - I may even chuck out an open invite email - but need to see how the surrogate mother is fairing otherwise we will be in North Linconshire (which will be more expensive but fun!)

Oh I'm intrigued now! I thought perhaps I'd got the wrong book - didn't see how you fitted with international terrorists and suffocated Kuwaiti businessmen!!

  • Paid £10 off evil edna - woo hoo - 5 days £50 gone

Paid another £50 off CC which we use regularily for food etc but it took a hammering when away (only a 500 limit) so chucking some extra into that to try and keep it down a bit til pay day when I can clear it

Paid 200 off the other one from brother money - sensible thing to do but smarted a bit - all my expenses are on that card at the mo - its sitting at about 750

Well it was til I bought a TV on offer in Mr T - which I don't need - but am so fed up with the only TV in the house which doesnt work except on one channel etc - was grumpy, hormonal and had been given a £50 voucher for Mr T from the lovely lasses who stayed with us.

No excuse at all - should have used quidco but thought - stuff it - whoops.

Old tv massive tv which will make someone happy now on freecycle.

Watched the news whilst getting ready for work, seems there is a conker emergency somewhere south.

You see - its educational :)

German student say's yes please to the room so our room is almost occupied.
