She is cool..v cute but a bit annoying. Forgot how much a tie doggies are. DD is currently playing music on her mobile and pup going nuts trying to pounce on it and kill it. Giving me the giggles :T

I think she likes hip hop the best

without even any pushing by me (honestly) OH was looking at sausage dogs last night online, just got to find what we're looking at cost wise, where we can get one from, and then find one to fall in love with. That and change our lives around so someone can come home during the day and make sure she's ok

Lemontree, they def do take over your life. I got mine from a lady in Newcastle but she was v expensive (although I think normal for the breed if you know what I mean). One good thing is they really dont cost much to feed. V difficult to house train though.

  • Aww all the doggie talk

I gave Peedie a hair cut last night (saved £50 from the vet doing it)

I used a combination of slealth
Firm thighs (mine to hold him)
    Encouragement (*chicken leftovers)
And then gave him a bath and a condition :)

He looks as scruffy as normal - its not quite as good as the vets but he was less stressed than last time - looks like a peedie haggis and is very cute now.

BOB - my darwin will happily produce a wee one for you - :)

  • LT they do make you adapt - having a dog I mean, at its different from having a child as dogs don't go to school and therefore need care in the day time - I take mine to work and always get out for a walk

I have a citreon berlingo with a big boot which has enough room for the dogs, beds, water etc - many of my chums do the same.

I also have entirely waterproof seat covers on my car throughout which stops the mess as well.

I now wouldn't be without my peedie pup - it was a big decision - he was supposed to be £350 but he was the runt of the litter and local bred (although he is KC registered 'Prince broon Tam o' the Isles' (what a mouthful).......so he was only £200.

They are great therapy and wonderful company.

Yep, I take my doggie to work too although only have a wee ford Ka and due to her chewing she has a crate in the boot but it does encourage you to get out for a walk at lunchtime. You take a proper break which is great. Totally agree about the therapy part too.

sounds like you had fun giving peedie a hair cut, my OH has a dog at his family home and it always puts me in mind of a walking toupe!
we know we're expecting to pay a few hundred quid for out puppy when we get her, i'm busy saving 10ps, OH thinks i've probably saved enough for two legs and an ear by now, but i'm sure i've got a nose as well! lol not sure if i'd be allowed to take a dog to work, we have working dogs around so it may cause problems, i've suggested getting it a florescent jacket and saying it's a helping dog, it will help me stay calm and i need that at the moment.
