OMG how do any of you manage to stay out of debt with all the shops ????????

Just been to tesco and spent over 70quid on some stuff for dinnner etc.

How how how do you do it???????

Less choice at home, equals less shopping and less spends.

Waves to all - am half cross - half mad and half thinking they can shove their willow up their bottoms :)

Waves to angelflower - gave you a wave through edinburgh on the way down sorry only got your post now so sorry didn't text :) we only did Edinburgh briefly.

DD wrist is staved not broken - phew - arnica, hugs and a stretchy bandage applied - she has a killer cut on her knee as well.

Mr T - yeah hard when your chum and OH are piling htings in the trolley - eek

Its the holidays - I keep chanting that - its the holidays

Head of my old MSc course at Edinburgh university - wants my review form and is spitting (DO PROFESSORS SPIT?) mad - he's also an external marker for UHI and is a bit cross about it all.

Nice to see so many folks being nice - keep seeing willow everywhere :) thankfully its not the kind from home but those lovely english ones.

Working on my list for my store cupboard at home - forgot to do a list but have a photo of whats left that DS took before we went :)

    UNI hope all is OK

    Reading (slowly) and catching up.

New nickname at home is BBG - Broken Brain Girl :) bless the little darlings :)

Just checked the bank, scary biscuits kids away on Thursday am - then no food needing purchased for a month - phew

Darwin will cost 800 quid (700 for cash) - french student gave me 750 - go figure eh????

Ying and yang of money - is sometimes not funny.

Went to the Metro centre in Gateshead to take DS to gamesworkshop (on the holiday list) and then had sushi (I love sushi) (on the holiday list) and DD got another book (on the holiday list).

Did an english pub today (on the list) my kids have never been to England shire before unless stanstead airport counts. :)

    Hey chaps

Guess what guess what guess what...........................

Turns out that I can't be told to do an MPhil - well not yet anyway.

The bosses of my bosses have decided that I can't be turned down for a PhD until I have had a chance to find out exactly what I need and have had a chance to sort out some assistance and then have some time to progress with everything in place.

You lot are ace and someone has finally talked some sense into this lot.

    :)

Well thats a result for today - now I can enjoy my holiday properly.

    Waves to you all xx
