I keep going to post mine but it looks pitiful and gives me an inferiority complex.....:rotfl:We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.0 -

Welcome!
Thank you for the warm welcome
Protein is actually quite cheap (I get it from Myprotein and only have 1 milkshake a day now), you wanna see the prices of the Maximuscle stuff - if you take it as they recommend it will cos you over £100 a month! It was all part of the lifestyle when I was going to the gym and eating LOTS of food as well as training in MMA. Now I'm doing a part time degree so I don't have time for it all. The good thing is this saves me around £140 a month (protein, food, mma, petrol), the bad side is that I'm now a skinny little weed, but that's life I s'pose.0 -

I buy my protein, creatine and l-glutamine in huge tubs and so save a fortune. Mrs Dither goes mad cos they're too big to fit in the cupboards and so are shoved on top of the fridge, making the kitchen look 'messy'.
Our outgoings are £800 in direct debits (mortgage, insurances, bills, gym, etc.), £600 to our pension funds (2x£300 each to mine & Mrs DD), £100 to the kids university fund, £1400 to Mrs Dither's house keeping (food, kid's activities, nights out, etc).Mortgage Free in 3 Years (Apr 2007 / Currently / Δ Difference)

Am I the only one who buys my protein in more traditional containers such as chicken, eggs and cheese?0
