Easiest way is to pay the remaining months off - so x months at £y. If you have 6 months left at £35 pm, that's £210.

    Good luck.
  • Thanks for the info guys.

I knew about that option of paying off the rest of the month, just wondered whether there were any loopholes as to how to get out of it.

it seems everyone wants out of commited contracts
  • Well if you keep getting rubbish deals all the time, I can't think of anyone who would not want to commit. I think the Sim Only Option for £20 a month, 600 minutes and unlimited texts is the best so far. Unfortunatley I'm stuck in a £30 a month, 400 minutes and 500 texts for the next 10 months. Crikey

  • I was on the £35 a month, 600 minutes, unlimited texts but due to financial difficulties I have had to change my contract.

No my friend there are no loopholes. You sign a contract and you're tied to it for the term. As above you can pay off the remaining months but that's the only get out.

Just a question, did the store explain what you were signing when you took out the contract ? I'm not having a go, I'm just really interested why so many of these threads get started and I'm wondering if the stores tell you what's involved in a legal contract before they get you to sign it ??
