chicken is poached and shredded ready to be put in the pie. Was just having a look at all this cashback click stuff, not quite sure I get it and it seems to take a while. Will have another go later if I get bored, still got a couple of hours to kill before dinner has to be started.

I can't believe myself sometimes, I'm 21 and I cook for my housemates from scratch, even though I am ill. Heh, crazy lady.

whatever it was, it sounds like she knows your worth! never a bad thing!

it is an interesting feeling to feel so in control of my choices. I will only take it if the location and hours suit what I want. The salary - obviously as much as possible, but I know where I would say 'yes', 'no' or 'maybe'......and if it's a 'no', then I'll keep going and look elsewhere if I end up in the same job after the merger and am told I have to move offices. I may end up turning down a perfectly good job but if I do, then it will be because I know it's not right and that I deserve something different/better even if that means waiting a bit longer in my current situation, I'll just see it as the chance to learn more and who knows what else the merger will throw up.

Yay, my daughter has bought me some snow grips that go on your shoes, so all I am saying is if it wants to snow then bring it on! (Although I will probably still be scared to walk on the ice, wimp that I am!)
