    I'm worried about numpty

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.
  • *hugs* numpty.

He is probably talking things over with his friends/family/colleagues it must have been a bit of a shock for him.
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

I seem to have picked up some malware a couple of days ago  going on to google and yahoo is creating a re-direct to some spam advert and when I boot up my Pc I'm getting a window opening with 2 files on which apparently signify malware:rolleyes:

I haven't opened any emails with dodgy attachments, or replied to any phishing emails. OH was looking at websites for laptops on Monday morning and has a habit of clicking on adverts on Google and it's been since then, so I'm blaming him ;)

Downloaded malware bytes which apparently is good........I dread to think of the results!

Huge hugs for Lou, Sar and Numpty (and anyone else who needs them) :grouphug:

I am facing my first weekend entirely alone since splitting up with Stu - the kids go to his tomorrow evening, and other than working for 6 hours on Saturday, I have nothing at all to do. I don't really have friends who go out regularly that I can tag along with....everyone is married, has kids etc. What the hell am I going to do all weekend? Ironing??????

    Hi Snaggles

I worried about that when my daughter left to go to University, but to be honest I love the time to myself now. I really can do what I want, and if that means getting up late, not washing up or just sitting and reading a book, then that is what I do.

I am sure you will be fine and the time will fly past

Thanks Tenmah, I'm sure you're right actually - I don't mind being on my own at all. I'm just trying not to get into a rut of staying in on my own looking at the four walls.

I tend not to really see anyone except for the kids, my ex, and colleagues at work but it's so busy that I don't get chance to chat to them.

How do you go about getting a social life?? It's really difficult! :rotfl:
