Ending an broadband contract early - where do I stand?

I recently found out i'm being made redundant at the end of April and will need to move out of my flat and back with the parents for a few months. I signed up for a 12 month contract with Tiscali broadband at the end of October. Is there a way to get out of this contract early without having to stump up 6 months payments…

I agree. Better get the parents to accept Tiscali (if they are out of contract), if Tiscali won't cancel without penalty.
