Should i swap talktalk for AOL broadband

I am still not sure though if I should not have gone for O2... AOL customer service is awful.

I phoned AOL on Monday to cancel and they offered to reduce my monthly fee to 9.99 from 19.99 a month. However, didn't take them up on the offer there and then and had to phone back today. Today they offered me the 6.99 package as above for 12 months(without the 2 months free). We will see how they perform....
