Well theyve been authenticated, when i took them into an authorised oakley dealer to be looked at.
Therefore the only problem is with the seller an why they are being unhelpful an a little strange in the way they do business.0 -

If thats true what options do i have open to myself, i dont really want to send them back for a partial refund.0 -
You could write again saying that you have taken advice
I am prepared to do either of the following
You send me a refund and I will gladly return the goods (if you send me a post paid label)
or I will send the goods and the Ebay receipt to the manufacturer.0 -

Im just trying to get the best advice on where i stand so i know what i can an cannot ask for, an where i stand with my rights.
But i don't think you have the same rights when you buy from ebay.
I bought a pair of oakleys for my OH recently - there's no way i'd buy them from ebay.0 -
Is there any way to find out my rights regarding ebay, its not just a private seller they have a website seperate to ebay where you can purchases glasses online just like any other online retailer.
Im sure there must still be some form of protection for the buyer, excluding paypal.
As for not purchasing oakleys through lesson learnt i think as iv already mentioned, but that doesnt mean im just going to roll over and lose out.0 -

You'd have been protected if you'd bought through their other website.
But you saved £40 instead. You can't have the penny and the bun.0
