Snags do you set the treadmill to count up the mileage/time or to countdown from a target??

I'm fine thanks Sally, very sleepy but that's my fault for watching a film last night when I had to get up at six in the morning - lots of driving today so very sleepy.

Snags, i am slower than that when running on land!!! tready's do make you go faster than you might otherwise do... maybe drop to 4mph for the middle section and you'll manage to get going longer......

You can only set it to count up to whatever time you set. I would rather be able to set the distance I want to run and see it count down, but there's no option to do that.

I wondered whether to just put 45 mins worth of 'running songs' on my mp3 player and try not to look at the screen at all - but I can't help looking! :o

Is this a gym treadie?? Have you asked whether it counts down mileage? Im suprised it doesn't. If it doesn't you have to put a towel over the screen, listen to music and DO NOT remove said towel until it tells you, you have finished ;):p
