    If we are talking about DHW, then the delta should be about 5c, so at 48 set, switch on would be 45c.

    How do you mean? It's a 210ltr tank and heats for 50mins as far as I'm aware.

    Once a week on wed at 1pm to 60c.

    If they use a lot of hot water, then I would disable that.
    Also we need to look at the timers for the electrical heater, but we can work through this step by step.

    Electrical heater completely disabled by using the 1 dot for hot water which is the Eco mode it just heats with the heat pump. They don't use a lot of hot water no maybe 2 showers a day plus washing up.

    So we can now look at other options to get the costs down. I have to go to a project tomorrow morning to explain things to plumber and electrician, but will get back to you.

    Thank you. I've had to bring the weather curve back to -2c as the house was still at 19c this evening at 2100 from 18c at 1800.

    It's all tweaking. I work in air to air HVAC but air to water is not my area.
