Is it legal for Lloyds to offer the fixed rate Isa to selected existing customers ?

You should have received or be receiving a letter from LTSB giving the maturity date of your FRISA (the anniversary of the date of your first deposit, rather than account opening date), mine arrived yesterday. Is there any record of the maturity date or do you have to wait until the interest gets added? I opened mine in March but cant remember the exact date.0 -
I would guess that thiey've offerd it to customers with a large amount.........ie possibly over £20k.............i have been offered it and accepted..........offer ends 9th Feb..........would the people who haven't been offered it care to post the amount they have invested?0

Don't forget this offer was only available to those who could transfer their existing ISA to Lloyds. So I would imagine everyone has a "large amount".0 -
Got a letter from Lloyds yesterday regarding my 6.5% fixed rate ISA, telling me if I wanted to take my money out before the end of the fixed rate period,... they would be really, really kind and nice about it and not charge me the 90 day interest penalty, ofcourse if i do take it 3 months before they do save on 1/12 of 6.5% for 3 months !! Cheeky bas%$ds!!
Whats the rate on this new fixed rate ISA that a select few have got?0 -

February 9th refers to when the offer ends, not when the ISA ends- mine ends on the 26th March.0
