I think it must be in a bad way:

"Yesterday one laid-off employee said the firm could not afford wage arrears or payoffs. The ex-staffer was told to claim state redundancy cash."
  • Let's face he won't lose that much. He'll have all his wealth in his own properties, and not in his company. He simply call it quits and go into adminstration (assuming it's that bad). His big money is from his TV career which doesn't seem to be going down the pan.

Another property celeb, Sarah Beeny, seems to be heavily promoting an online dating agency. Obviously, the housing market isn't going well for her either.

I agree. I can't see why everyone hates him so much.

Are you joking? Ask the thousands of familys who scrambled onto the property bubble in fear of missing out who are now struggling with payments and reposession. Not all down to this idiot and potato head but they helped pump up the market with their property !!!!!! shows. Still showing how to get into massive dept on a tv channel near you.
  • Should someone contact C4 and ask them why we have a 'failed in their field advisor' adviseing people?

I have always wondered about LLL. Is it for people too thick too look on rightmove and phone an EA to book a viewing?

Spot on, hope we see less of these now. The desperate ones will be on the repo programmes now. I mean if it all went ti ts up would you want to be on tv, I know I wouldn't.
