  • bz my temperature normally runs a little high too and I have trouble staying cool. I'm running a fair old fever at the moment, which I suspect is down to all my activity and chasing around.

    pcl Sorry lovey - couldn't resist a tease *g*

Was naughty and had fish and chips tonight as tired out - child's portion is only £2.50 which seems like a bargain to me compared to the price of most takeaways. Just round the corner too.

I've booked in far too much on Monday so I hope the rest of next week stays quieter.
I must go, I have lives to ruin and hearts to break :D

Glad you had a sleep and feel a bit better.

cwta sounds like you had a real lucky escape from that woman as a landlady  Hope you get your money back ok.
I finally put a summer duvet on today after waking up a few times last night roasting hot, but todays much cooler than it has been, I dont know if its becuase Im tired , but I'm shivering and have put a fleece on, I want my old duvet back on but havnt got the energy to change the cover over again, will have to dig out some winter pj's or something.

Teah my brother sent me the article link on FB... They do hotpot for the supper lol. I did take DF down there (back in the day) and show him the outside and pics of the inside on the internet...he moaned about something - can't remember whether he discounted it because of the carpet, the windows, the doors, or the windows in the doors....it was something like that tho

Hope you're warm enough tonight suep. :)

    Hope Raeh's ok....

BZ, how you feeling now honey?

It's just taken me hours to catch up and as usual I'm now too tired to reply!

Say hello to s/e for me please, Auntie Axe

    xxxx
  • Thanks bz will maybe try paracetamol. Hope you catch up with sleep soon.

    Hey Trialia

kass Certainly will pass messages onto s/e from everyone and tell her how you all are doing. It'll be great to see her again - at least she's in the next county unlike all you lot who are bloomin miles away!

Really murderously tired. Been on the couch with a hot-water bottle watching the extended Lord of the Rings box set, all day.

    How 'bout you guys, round-up?

Lol - round up (from memory):
Cwta just moved house and is loving it but more than likely doing to much to get the house straigh ;) and is about to meet up with S/e who's been MIA for too long
Kass has signed up to move out of her house with XOH into a shiny new one with her sproglets and is currently knackered and skint.
Suep is just about to go on holiday to Ibiza and her dad's having an op to remove his tumour while she's away
Sharon passes thru every so often and is waiting to see what treatment they're gonna give her
Unity is passing through every so often between lurking
    Raeh's missing in action
pcl is promoting logic puzzles for us whilst imagining spam buttons ;)
I'm throwing myself into the corners of cupboards and then onto the floor in a crumple up blacked-out heap in exhaustion...
    Who'd I miss?

    Haha bz! Very good!!

On the skint front.............. I went to my friends daughter's - although she's like my daughter/niece- engagement party on Friday then went to help them clean up Saturday morning. There was a massive pot of chilli and some curry left that they were just gonna throw away! I felt like a bit of a dosser but I asked them if I could have it and I've put it in those silver trays in the freezer and bought some spuds. We're gonna be living off baked potatoes with chilli for the next few days :o:D

I was hoping raeh was lurking and would pop her head round when I asked her that question but she really is MIA

Oooh I didn't tell you, I got all domesticated and made my own steak pie. It was bluddy gorgeous if I do say so myself! :D

Well I'm gonna have a nap now cos since DD1 and DS1 joined the Marine and Sea Cadets they have decided that I shouldn't even get one day where I can lie in and do nothing
