di i recently won with rbs/aa and they replied with they dont admit misselin but were prepared to put me back in the position if i had not taken the ppi. however there was no mention of the 8%. they said they would br back with me in 4 weeks, with figures, do u think i should give them a call and ask about the 8% before thet send the figures or should i wait?0

got my letter from ombudsman that lloyds tsb are going to settle on my ppi on loan, ive got a loan of 12k over 7yrs paying 339 per month , have paid 2yr 4months of loan , how much will i get back0

There is interest as well I expect to add on top of the ppi amount as well, and maybe the 8% of what a court would award because you have been deprived of your money.

hi there, someone will be able to help you with this, could you post the amount you paid just for ppi each month, and the apr.please make sure your loan is put back to the position it was without ppi on and at the same apr and term,and your monthly payment should reduce.phone the bank to confirm this.0
